Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all sessions given by ABCParenting. When booking with ABCParenting, you accept the following listed terms and conditions.

Payment Terms:

The applicable cost for each session is payable in full at least 10 days before each session. The cost of the session is payable by cheque to ABCParenting and should be sent making reference to the name of the session booked to address provided in separate email.

Unless the Course Fee is paid in full 10 days prior to session date, ABCParenting reserves the right to refuse undertaking the session and to allocate the place to another client.

Cancellation:

You can give verbal or written notice of cancellation in advance of attending a scheduled course in which case the following cancellation fees will then be payable:

More than 10 days in advance of the scheduled date at no charge

5 days in advance of the scheduled date at 50% charge

Less than 2 days before the scheduled date at 100% charge

Course Materials and Copyright:

The cost of the session includes all materials supplied during the session. ABCParenting is the copyright owner of all course materials provided at the sessions, with the exception of materials published by third parties. ABCParenting copyright materials may only be used by the person attending the course for their personal use.

Liability:

The advice and training provided by ABCParenting is prepared by following guidelines provided by organizations such NICE and DH, as well as IAIM guidelines for the Baby Massage component. Information given by ABCParenting is to the best of the company’s knowledge, up to date and evidence based.

ABCParenting will not accept any responsibility for misinterpretation of the advice given. ABCParenting will always advise parents or carers who are at all concerned about the health of their child to seek medical opinion. The information provided, either on this website or any documentation provided is for general information only and thus is not be utilized as a substitute for medical advice given by a doctor or any other health professional. ABCParenting is not responsible or liable for any diagnosis made or actions taken by a user based on this information.

Confidentiality

ABCParenting in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct (2002) will strictly maintain confidentiality. Should a parent or carer; however, disclose any information while utilizing the services of ABCParenting which causes ‘Child Protection’ concerns, it would be necessary, with the knowledge of the person disclosing to act appropriately.
